Laser engraving + etching hybrid process = fusion of tradition and high technology  

This laser-etching hybrid process employs digital control and computer-simulated machining. We integrate traditional craftsmanship with modern high technology, requiring extensive expertise in both etching and laser processing.  

Once the grid is flattened and the texture image is verified, the program is generated for laser processing. The laser removes the protective layer over the pattern, followed by chemical etching to achieve the desired depth. This laser-etching cycle repeats until completion, after which the processed surface is cleaned and polished to adjust the gloss level.  

Depending on the desired engraving pattern, this process can be repeated multiple times. Beyond single-layer engraving, Tianzun can perform multi-layer repeated engraving, achieving precise pattern processing up to 10 layers.
